Mask Policy and Covid Precautions

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, at this time we are requiring that all patients, regardless of vaccination status, remain masked while in the treatment room. If you don’t have a mask you will be required to purchase one for $5 from the clinic or forfeit your appointment and the full price of treatment

We are committed to making our clinic a safe space and thoroughly sanitize all treatment surfaces between patients. All sheets are laundered and changed between patients. We also have 2 air filters running at all times.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48-hours advance notice of cancellations. Patients who cancel within the 48-hour window are subject to the full price of treatment.

Late Policy

up to 15 minutes late: appointment is honored at the full price of treatment. No adjustments will be made to the cost of treatment if the patient is late. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late forfeit their treatment slot and are subject to the full cost of treatment.

Returns and Refunds

All sales on herbs, supplements, treatments and packages are final.

Payment

All treatments must be payed in full on or by the date of service. All patients agree to have an active credit card on file. Cash is accepted on the date of service.
